Celebrate in Fong Lees Lane Wellington, while surrounded by the diverse blend of cultures which dominated the past histories and shaped Wellington into the active and friendly township it is today. A range of multi-cultural foods will be available for purchase, bring your friends and family and enjoy the lanes atmosphere and awaken the rustic feel of old world China Town.

5.00 pm - Fong Lees Lane opens to public

5.30 pm - Food vendors open stalls in the lane

6.00- 6.15 pm – Official Opening. Stage area in Fong Lee house backyard

• Welcome from Wellington Arts - Lisa Thomas

6.15 -6.45pm - Live music at stage area in backyard. Mick Austin, Tracy ​Charman & Debbie Goninan

6.45 -7.05 pm – Wiradjuri Dancers. Brian Ah See and dance group. In ​front of stage in house yard and mingle with crowd.

7.10- 7.30 pm – Drumming Circle in Cactus Café courtyard. Wellington ​Primary School teachers and students. JOIN THE CIRCLE and learn ​to drum.

7.30 pm - Lantern carriers assemble in shed area for parade

7.30 - 7.50 pm - Taiko drummers in the Fong Lees shed. Dubbo Taiko ​group performing live.

7.35- 7.50 pm – Dragon and lantern parade begins from Fong Lees ​shed. Wellington Karate group and lantern bearers begin street ​parade and mingle with the crowd.

7.45- 8.05pm - Wiradjuri Dancers. Brian Ah See and dance group. In ​front of stage in house yard and mingle with crowd.

8.05 - 8.45pm - Live music continues.
